I admit that I am a political junkie, most likely the source of my heartburn and rapidly approaching ulcers. My biggest frustration is the inability of “We the People” to rein in this leviathan we call our government. The truth is government ceased to be ours a long, long time ago. But I continue to hold out hope that one day the American people will be filled with the spirit of our forefathers and take back our government. Unfortunately it’s not likely to be in my lifetime.
